The civil litigation team represents a wide variety of private clients, ranging from high-net-worth individuals to small and medium enterprises.
The team acts for both claimants and defendants in a variety of disputes including high-value construction disputes, landlord and tenant matters (including possession), professional negligence claims, commercial contract disputes and commercial property disputes (including dilapidations, nuisance and boundary disputes). They also provide insurance policy coverage advice.
