Tribunal representation

Most employment status cases handled by the Markel Tax team are conceded by HMRC without the need for a Tribunal hearing. However, where cases do go the full distance, we have a proven track record at Tribunal and a Markel Tax consultant who works on the case from the outset will represent you. We won the first IR35 Tribunal case Lime IT v Justin (2002) SpC 342 and have had many successful victories since then.
