Nubela joined the Civil Litigation Team at Markel Law in May 2024, having qualified in November 2020. Nubela bring with her experience in dealing with both claimant and defendant matters from inception through to trial.
Nubela is a client focused commercially astute solicitor who considers the needs of her client’s business alongside the legal issue. In addition to general litigation, Nubela has experience in both contentious and non-contentious commercial matters including: contract drafting, contract disputes, policy coverage and indemnity, GDPR and restrictive covenant actions. Nubela often conducts her own advocacy with experience in County Court hearings.
