Jack Marshall has over 30 years in business development and organisational management as a senior manager in training and development. He has led on the acquisition of three businesses to form a major training and development business in the Highlands for one of the leading entrepreneurs in Scotland. Setting up his own HR and L&D consultancy in 2002, designing and delivering a range of programmes for Scottish Government, SPS, Royal Mail, DFID and many others. In 2010, he joined one of the world’s largest recruitment companies to help forge new business before deciding to study for and gain an MSc in Entrepreneurial Leadership at Edinburgh Napier University in 2015.
Jack is a chartered fellow of CIPD, EFQM assessor with extensive project management skills trained in PRINCE2 and six sigma methodology and an accredited SROI practitioner.
As a Markel Care Practitioner he has worked on a range of projects with a variety of clients across health and social care, specifically on tenders/bids, with clients to grow, market and analysis their business and to support growth and profitability.
