Maria Taylor

Maria Taylor has over 20 years of experience in the adult social care sector. Maria holds a level 5 in leadership and management along with the health and safety IOSH qualification Her professional background is predominately in elderly nursing and residential care. She has a significant number of years of experience in the sector initially as a registered care home manager of large multi-site nursing and dementia care home.

Maria is a highly self motivated, goal orientated individual and has a real passion for working with people to help realise their potential through motivating, inspiring, and influencing the achievement of goals in order to make a real difference in the lives of people they support.

Through ongoing personal development, Maria has progressed and has continued to work in the sector in senior operational roles for the last 10 years working with large none for profit global and UK-based care providers.

My professional background experience as a registered home manager has enabled me to coach support and mentor Managers and implement quality processes and systems to comply with the standards and requirements of the regulators and key stakeholders within Health and Social care.

Maria has also had extensive knowledge and experience in commissioning new care home services including the start-to-end registration process with the regulators. Maria is also involved with the ongoing marketing, recruitment, and implementation of quality systems and risk assessments during the commissioning process.
