Eva joined Markel Law’s Civil Litigation team in November 2023.
When she joined Markel she had recently undertaken her Higher Rights of Audience. In December 2023 she became a Solicitor Advocate.
Eva deals with a variety of claims raging from trespass and nuisance to breach of contract and boundary disputes. Her caseload is a mixture of Legal Expense Insurance funded claims and private work.
Eva enjoys the wide range in claim types and complexity and thrives in the fact that no two days are the same. Every day presents new challenges and legal points to be tackled and enthusiastically picked apart within the team.
