We're pleased to announce the appointment of Greg O'Neill as Head of Construction Underwriting, UK, as we continue to invest in and grow our specialist construction proposition.

Greg joins us from Pen Underwriting, where he was UK Technical Underwriting Manager and one of the founding members responsible for building the company's regional construction book from the ground up in 2014. With more than 20 years' experience in construction underwriting across both insurer and MGA environments, he brings a wealth of expertise to the role.
As Head of Construction Underwriting, Greg will be responsible for leading and developing our construction proposition in the UK market. Since launching in 2023, our specialist construction offering has continued to grow, supporting a wide range of construction businesses with insurance solutions, specialist expertise, and a suite of value-added services designed to help SMEs manage risk and run their businesses with confidence.
