Vikki Grosse

Vikki joined Markel in 2023, working within the Contractor Solutions team where she is responsible for building relationships with clients both current and new to identify their needs and work closely with them to mitigate business risk. The Contractor Solutions team work with businesses who engage with contractors and self-employed individuals who need advice and support with IR35, Section 44, CIS, umbrella companies, MSC and self-employed status.

She has worked in the payroll and recruitment sector for over 10 years and has a vast amount of knowledge in the contracting and self-employed market, leading many training sessions for clients and contractors around IR35. In her previous role she was a senior business development manager at Parasol, who are one of the top four payroll providers, where she spent seven happy years.

Vikki enjoys spending her spare time with her family and has a little girl called Rosie, and they enjoy their family holidays together. Most recently traveling to Cyprus. Vikki is also a keen horse rider and has been riding since she was seven years old and regularly competes.
