Steven Jones

Steven joined Markel Tax in 2020.  He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation and the Association of Taxation Technicians. Steven started his professional career many years ago with two of the Big Four accountancy practices before setting up his own firm specialising in tax work. He has experience of consultancy, compliance and investigation work. His clients ranged from sole traders to large groups of companies as well as other firms of accountants and tax advisers. For the last few years he has been helping clients with telephone advice. He has a wide range of experience advising a spectrum of clients from individuals to large multi-national clients across all taxes. Over the years he has written and published various learned articles and journals on taxation.
