Andrew joined Markel Tax as a tax advisor in 2014. He has 26 years’ experience gained with HMRC. He has an excellent knowledge of all heads of tax which includes PAYE investigations, penalties and general investigation due to his experience as an employer compliance officer. Andrew also worked on HMRC’s IR35 advice line dealing with all aspects of personal service companies and has a good working knowledge of debt management proceedings.
