Jill Neilson is a qualified Health and Social care professional with over 20 years’ experience in Mental Health, Adult Social Care, Community Support, and Children’s Services. She has contributed to several national initiatives, working in areas across the UK. She is an experienced workplace assessor in Social Care and is EFQM Assessor trained.
Jill was Director of a therapeutic residential childcare service for 12 years, and bring her expertise across Organisational Culture, Risk Assessment and Management, Care Planning, Policy Direction, and Health & Safety. As well as training in therapeutic and trauma informed care whilst assessing and managing risk.
Jill values transparent and connected working that is focused on delivering solutions. She aims to meet the needs of clients through relational, evidence-based approaches that promote high standards of care practice.
