Olivia qualified as a solicitor in 1991 and worked as an in-house employment solicitor in industry advising on all aspects of employment law.She has practical experience of employment tribunal litigation, advising on contracts, policies and staff handbooks and presenting seminars aimed at HR professionals and senior managers. For the past ten years she has worked as a senior legal adviser in the corporate service team offering practical employment law advice to a wide range of businesses and organisations.
