Kayi qualified as a solicitor in 2004 and joined Markel Law LLP in 2006. She has been manager of the corporate services unit since 2008 and is familiar in advising businesses of varying sizes; from SMEs, large corporate businesses, public sector employers, schools and charities also. Kayi has extensive experience and knowledge in advising employers and HR professionals on all aspects of employment law, including recruitment, employment documentation, employee relations issues, redundancy (relocation and restructuring exercises), TUPE, termination of employment and exit strategies.
