Kamini qualified as a solicitor in 2002 and specialises in advising small and medium size businesses on various employment law issues; making sure clients are legally compliant with complex employment legislation. She advises and assists clients on various procedures such as, restructuring and redundancy, TUPE transfers, contractual variations, aspects of recruitment and dismissal, managing performance and disciplinary issues, incapacity and capability procedures, employment disputes, determining employment status and discrimination.

Prior to joining Markel Law in 2007, she worked in New York , managing a boutique law firm. She understands the economic challenges and decisions faced by businesses on a daily basis, and she tries to assist clients in a pragmatic way to find the best solutions.
