Robert qualified as a solicitor in 2001 and specialises in all aspects of Employment Tribunal litigation. His experience includes dealing with the full range of potential claims, from unfair dismissal to discrimination, as well as complex TUPE disputes and whistleblowing claims.
He regularly conducts his own advocacy in the Employment Tribunal. He is a founder member of Markel Law's employment consultancy team and is well versed in the negotiation of high-value settlement agreements. He also acts as an independent chairperson in complex internal disciplinary and grievance procedures on behalf of clients facing media scrutiny and attention.
