- Acting for insurers and a major freight forwarder in a significant liability dispute arising from NVOCC operations, providing strategic advice on trading conditions, limitation rights, contractual liabilities and multi-jurisdictional defence strategy to achieve a favourable commercial outcome without protracted litigation.
- Leading the response to a major cargo loss following a vessel fire affecting a global vehicle manufacturer, coordinating investigations and International legal advice while developing a recovery strategy that protected both recovery prospects and the evidential position from the outset of the claim.
