Niamh joined the Civil Litigation team at Markel Law in May 2024 after qualifying in September 2023.
Having previously focused on Consumer Litigation, Niamh has vast procedural and trial experience on the different Court tracks. She has also had exposure to the Appeal process and has been successful on appeal in the County Court.
Niamh now deals with a range of claims covering breach of contract, boundary disputes, dilapidations claims and landlord and tenant claims.
