Melody is a Solicitor Apprentice within the Civil Disputes team providing residential possessions advice to landlords and property agents.
Residential Possessions – she is instructed by private landlords to obtain possession of their residential property. Melody works on an insurer-backed book of work seeking vacant possession of insured properties where the tenant is in rent arrears. She also assists private landlords.
Melody advises on the most appropriate route to obtain vacant possession by understanding the landlord’s objectives. She is confident advising and seeking possession on a Section 8 or Section 21 basis.
