Laurence joined Markel Law in January 2025 having gained experience handling a range of professional liability claims at claimant facing practices.
At Markel Law, Laurence deals with a wide range of professional and public liability claims, defending claims on behalf of insurers and their policyholders, including accountants, construction professionals and property management agents.
Laurence also advises on policy coverage, including late notifications, the duty of fair presentation / misrepresentation and the application of policy terms and conditions.
