Charlotte joined Markel Law in September 2024 as the Managing Partner to lead and deliver an ambitious purpose and goals driven strategy. Charlotte has over 24 years of experience as an Employment lawyer providing strategic advice to many well-known high street brands as well as leading multi-disciplinary teams of lawyers to deliver client centric, people first, legal services.

Charlotte is a passionate advocate of diversity and inclusion in the workplace and aligns her management style with the Markel Style.

Whilst primarily focussed on managing Markel Law, Charlotte continues to be a trusted advisor to businesses small and large including Costa Coffee Limited, PureGym and McArthurGlen Designer outlets.

Charlotte enjoys long distance trail running and being a mum to three daughters.
