Markel's Service Champion initiative returns for BIBA 2024

We are delighted to announce the return of our Service Champion initiative at the upcoming BIBA 2024 conference.

Building on the success of BIBA 2023, where the initiative first captured the industry’s attention, this year’s program introduces an evolved, more inclusive model that aims to recognise brokers who are raising the bar for service within the industry.
In 2023, the Service Champion initiative gave brokers the opportunity to nominate their peers and colleagues who exemplify exceptional service and have significantly elevated industry standards.
This year, we’ve moved to a rolling program to encompass more brokers across all firm sizes, creating a broader platform for recognition at BIBA and throughout 2024.
