Lee Dainty

Lee Dainty is Chief Operations Officer for Markel’s UK business, with responsibility for driving operational excellence across the organisation. Lee leads Markel’s operational, data and technology agenda in the UK, working closely with global teams to strengthen service delivery, operational resilience and long term scalability as the business continues to grow.

Lee brings more than 30 years’ experience in insurance operations. Prior to joining Markel, he spent seven years as Vice President, Commercial Claims at Intact and RSA, following RSA’s acquisition and has held a wide range of operational, technical and senior leadership roles throughout his career.

Lee is a member of the UK executive team and works across all UK locations.
