Jensten’s Alistair Hardie sparked this investigative article by Insurance Post’s News Editor, Scott McGee, in which several brokers provide their opinion on insurer service. The consensus seems to be that it can be good but needs to be at a more consistent level across all sizes of brokers.

Markel is part of the debate with Phil Bayles, chief commercial officer at Ardonagh Advisory, saying: “Then if you look at some of the more niche stuff, Markel are really strong in PI.”
