Harvinder qualified as a solicitor in 2012 and joined Markel Law in 2013. She specialises in advising small and medium size businesses working with HR, senior managers and executives on a variety of matters including dismissals, redundancy, TUPE, contracts, restrictive covenants, absence, performance/capability, discrimination, disciplinary and grievance procedures. She uses her skills and knowledge to find solutions to problems that is in the best interest of my clients to enable them to continue to manage their business successfully.
