Emma is a solicitor in the Croydon office of Markel and has worked in employment law since 2007. She has advised on a wide range of employment matters including the TUPE regulations, redundancy and disciplinary issues. Emma has also worked within the care home sector advising on employment law matters in this field. Emma also runs her own wellness business and has recently joined the Wellbeing Team at Markel as a Wellbeing Champion.
