Steve is founding and co-owning-director (for the past 13 years) of Residential Care Group, operating as RI, providing services focused on adults with complex intellectual and dual-diagnosed learning difficulties and mental health. He has achieved success in business and financial terms whilst earning several excellence and merit awards to promote service.

Steve is a highly motivated, professional and authentic executive leader, with extensive experience in SME leadership, compliance, performance, learning and development, business excellence plus cultural change and HR to ensure innovation-ethos match.

His expertise includes: Care Compliance Regulations; safeguarding; serviced Improvement; HR, development and safety management.

Effectively implemented and developed strategies to deliver operational targets, initiating, and leading change that delivers results, all through effective leadership and strive to provide innovation and collaboration with a passion for the very best customer experience and service outcomes.

His previous background includes pivotal HR, development and safety positions with large-scale electronics, oil and gas industries with specialisms in HR and people development; complex case resolution; performance management and talent, and modern business improvement methodologies.

He holds a Master’s degree HR and Business Management; PGCE (Adult); L5 Residential Management and is a Master Practitioner in NLP and a qualified business coach to small groups and pivotal leaders looking for support across a broad spectrum of topics to create desired results.  Steve is skilled in getting to the crux of issues and communication what matters.
