Mark is an accomplished senior leader with 30+ years of expertise in the supported and social housing sector, driving forward many successful transformations. He has a proven track record in operational management, culture change and large-scale system change initiatives. He specialises in leading diverse teams, managing multimillion budgets, and providing interim leadership for registered providers as well as smaller specialist providers.

Mark as undertaken several large-scale service reviews with providers of housing and care, including reviewing the services of the largest provider of mental health accommodation and support provider in Northern Ireland, reviewing services against the new Consumer Standards for social housing and completing Governance reviews for both Registered Providers and Charitable Organisations.
