Lisa Littlewood has over 21 years’ adult social care experience in learning disability to include day service provision, supported housing and residential settings. Lisa is highly self-motivated, goals oriented individual and has a real passion for working with people to help realise their potential through motivating, inspiring and influencing the achievement of goals in order to make a real difference to the lives of the people they support.
She has proven skills in management, supervision and business transformation, using leadership skills to effect changes and staff attainment.
She has significant experience in leading teams to improve services and performance, positive behaviour support and enabling organisations to transform operationally.
She has worked as a Project Manager since 2013 and this role has provided her with many opportunities and new challenges that have permitted her to continue to work alongside local authorities and multi-disciplinary partnerships, the voluntary sector, social care and housing support services.
