Alice Lawrence

Alice Lawrence has had over 18 years’ experience working in adult health and social care. Alice has had experience working in a variety of care settings including hospitals, the community, residential homes and supported living accommodations. Alice studied for a degree in Health and Social Care Practice, gaining her qualification in 2012 and then completed a Masters in Social work in 2016. Her social work experience is working in adult mental health and learning disability for the local authority. Within her time as a social worker she gained management experience, qualifications in relationship based practice, Practice Educator Qualifications and advanced social work certificate.

Alice’s expertise focus on the Mental Capacity Act, excellent care and support planning and holistic risk assessments for service users. Alice has a keen interest in relevant legislation and the application of this in policies and procedures for organisations. Alice uses her expertise and lectures in Social Work.
