Rosemond is an Employment Solicitor based in Markel Law’s Employment Law team.
Rosemond is adept at handling a mixed caseload of contentious and non-contentious matters for both respondents and claimants. She qualified in 2009 and has a broad experience of all areas of Employment Law from straightforward deduction of wages claims to the more complex litigation such as discrimination, TUPE and whistleblowing cases. While able to guide clients and provide bespoke advice on litigation strategies, she is also able to steer clients to a more commercially practical solution if litigation is not appropriate.
