Danielle Fox trained at Markel Law and qualified as a solicitor in April 2017 joining the Employment Law department. Danielle’s work involves representing Claimants and Respondents in respect of Employment Tribunal proceedings for of all types of employment claims across England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. Danielle also often deals with the settlement of claims drafting settlement agreements and negotiating and implementing settlement terms.
Danielle also advises companies with regards to consultancy matters such as the correct procedure to follow in respect of dismissals and dealing with long term sickness absence and also advises individuals when they are considering pursuing a tribunal claim. Danielle’s consultancy practice stretches to drafting and reviewing contracts of employment and staff handbooks as well as regularly chairing disciplinary, grievance and appeal hearings and conducting workplace investigations.
Danielle’s clients consist of insured and fee paying clients and include SMEs and clients across the educational, hospitality, construction, manufacturing and care industries.
