Caitlin is a Trainee Solicitor in the Casualty team at Markel Law, having joined the firm in April 2023.
At Markel Law, Caitlin supports senior lawyers on a range of fast- and multi-track employers’ and public liability matters. Her work includes liaising with clients, instructing counsel, conducting legal research, and reviewing case documentation. In addition to assisting on complex matters, Caitlin also manages a portion of her own caseload under supervision, including pre-action disclosure applications, Infant Approval hearings, EL/PL claims and MOJ Stage 3 claims.
In recognition of her dedication and potential, Caitlin was honoured with the Rising Star Award at the Markel UK Spotlight Awards 2024.
