In an increasingly online dominated market, Insurance Age approached our Sales and Marketing Director, Nic Brown and asked him; how can brokers find the sweet-spot where advice is valued.

In the article Nic discusses how SME business owners are looking for more than just an insurance policy when taking out cover through an insurance broker, over buying insurance online through a direct insurance company. He says, “By offering an enhanced value proposition, a broker is providing a type of insurance programme that is unlikely to be available from low-premium, commoditised, insurance cover.”
