Lynda Clayton has worked for over 20 years in a range of health and social care settings. Her careers spans working with adults and children across the NHS, voluntary, statutory and private sector. Lynda started her career in adult day centres moving on to holding a variety of roles including managing hospital discharges, community based services, statutory drug and alcohol services and has also setting up and managing children’s homes.  Lynda has a BSc in health and social care, a diploma in leadership and management, a nationally recognised certificate in public health, health and safety qualification and is a registered accredited first aid instructor and social care training provider.  Lynda is a company director for a training and consultancy company providing a range of services to include health and safety audits, development and implementation of systems to improve quality of care and driving standards to meet the regulatory requirements. Training includes safeguarding, medication, health and safety, risk management, care planning and several more.

Lynda regularly obtains positive feedback and testimonials from clients that she has supported. She has broad experience of working in several environments and is confident and competent in working in challenging situations. She has a positive outlook and her passion is central to her achievements. Lynda demonstrates great enthusiasm and determination in her strive to support services by helping them to improve delivery because she recognises and understands that the main beneficiary of high standards of care is the service user.
