Clare Alele has worked in residential children’s care for over 17 years. This has included working with young people with complex trauma led behavioural needs and learning disabilities. She has been registered with Ofsted for the last 14 years and has experience in the role of Regional Manager responsible for overseeing the Registered Manager, providing operational support, mentoring, inspections, occupancy and professionals relationship. As a manager Clare has a extensive understanding of regulatory requirements, maintaining a ‘good’ rating throughout her time in residential services.

In addition is able to use her as experience and in knowledge to support clients in quality compliance, writing policies and procedures, tender writing, safer recruitment, managing and developing budgets, new pricing packages, and developing templates and new programs of work.
